there are 16 adults and 3 children, we would like to go in august we dont mind when but must be in august pleaseeee help i have searched everywhere, we dont mind where it is as long as we have a pool and it is hot and big enough for us.. thank you all

I know where you can find one.You better book it asap because August is peak season and the prices will just shoot off.
A villa with a swimming pool and it is hot: Algarve - Portugal
Beautiful country.Very hot in summer,specially August.
Because it is a tourist area you will find many people speaking English.
I recommend Vilamoura,Albufeira or Quarteira.
Faro,Almancil and others also good.

I was unlucky when i tried to book a large villa in Orlando, but I did manage to get 2 five bedroom villa's next to each other,it didn't cost much more but it solved our problem, it's worth considering

Try Malta (or Gozo, another maltese island).
There are loads of villas and farmhouses there and it's very hot in Summer.

You need to talk to a travel professional.They have plenty of experience with groups/tours and the like.Just walk into your local travel office,unless you're in Antarctica.I hear they don't have any there.
