Call your doctor and go. It happened to me at 17 weeks. A sonogram revealed that there was no water left and they wanted to abort. Didn't do it....made it to 31 weeks with leaking most of the pregnancy. Even so I ended up getting a Very serious infection and they had to do an emergency C but she is a beautiful healthy 4 year old now.

Go to the hospital for after the water breaks if you don't deliver within I believe its 12 hours you and the baby can get an infection. For the water protects they from disease

You should go immediately. You should deliver within 24 hours of your water breaking. Apparently if you wait longer there is an increased risk of infection and other complications. If you have not started with contractions they will probably induce labor.

You should go immediatly. You only have at the most 24 hours to delivery the baby before all the water leaks out. You need to be at a hospital if you water broke.

You should phone the maternity department as soon as that happens, because once the waters break, both you and the baby are open to infection. And don't take any baths after the waters have broken!

I would go immediately however my water did not break naturally I was ready to push with both of my kids and my water didn't break, the dr had to break it both times. You have to deliever within 24 hours of your water breaking because of risk of infection and if you aren't ready they do c-section but you are supposed to go to the hospital when contractions are x minutes apart. Call your ob's office and ask them to be certain.

You should go as soon as your water breaks so your doctor can induce your labor if you are already not in labor---once the water breaks, the baby is at a greater risk of infection and must be delievered as soon as possible, wether it is naturally, induced, or born by c-section.

you need to go as soon as your water breaks no matter if you are having contractions or not cause that means you are in labor and there is no stopping it after the water breaks

IMMEDIATELY! My water broke with my last baby, and she was born in 1 hour and 28 minutes.......not to mention the hospital closest to me was 55 minutes away!!!

As far as contractions well every woman is different and some never feel theirs AS CRAZY as that sounds! (maybe not crazy but lucky)
