why don't you go and try out at the new school and if you really don't like it, transfer back to your old school mid way throughout the school year, so you can still have part of that year with your old friends. But I'm pretty sure that if you start a new school, you will make new friends and might like to stay. But does your school compete in the same school district? cause it might be wierd to see your old friends at your new school at a football game, and your cheering for your new school. Well, either way good luck!

I would definitely change schools. This is where you are going to live and it would be great to get to know the kids that live around you. You can still keep in contact with your old friends and hang out too, but I think you will eventually make some changes.
This is an opportunity to grow personally, and have to be more outgoing. It is hard to be the new person, but it can also be very exciting. If you have gone to one place your whole life, a new school could be a new challenge. If you go with a bad attitude that is what you will find. Go in with confidence, excitement and a positive attitude that it is going to be great. don't prevent an opportunity on meeting someone who could very well be your very best friend in your life. You have nothing to fear... you will be the new person, so what, that could be very exciting. There might be better teachers and programs that you might enjoy...
Step out of your comfortable place and give it a shot...

Depends on what you feel is the best thing to do. If your scared of transitions and the risk that comes with it then take it on the safe side and don't change schools. But, if you really want to get out there and meet new people and start over, then go for it. I would rather stay at the old school.. because then I'll graduate with the people I really know.

I switched schools my junior year and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I acutually more opportunites for college and extracurricular activities at my new school. I also made friends that i wouldn't have had I not changed. Switch and see how you like it you can always switch back!
