I asked my gf to hang-out with my brother and I one night, and she declines (she always declines), but her friend janet's brother comes to hang-out with her and she hang's out with him????? I'm very confused and fustrated!

Maybe she doesn't like your brother or maybe you ignore her when he's with you guys? Look at the reasons she might be saying no. Have your brother bring along a date or friend so she doesn't feel left out.

Maybe something happened between her and your brother. Maybe she doesn't like him or feel comfortable around him. He might of said something inappropriate at one point. That is all I can think of ... it is unusual behaviour....
