Bees and wasps = tedious problems
being stung = anxiety, stressed out
You probably have some anxiety about things you have done or seen in reality. You projected bees and wasps to stung you because in your subconscious mind, those insects are the symbol of problems that are attacking you. Basically, you may be stressed out about certain things you are not able to handle.

Freud would say being stung is symbolic of being sexually penetrated.
It could "mean" anything or nothing. Have you been stung? It could just be a memory. Then the question becomes, why is it coming up now...it all has to do with the feelings the dream creates in you and how they're associated in your subconscious.
