are you asking for eleven and 1-ninth percent as a fraction?

Lets deal with the number first:
11 1/9 is the same as 11 + 1/9.
Multiply 11 by 9 to get 99/9 +1/9.
so you get 100/9

To change to percent, you have to divide by 100. You can do this by multiplying the fractions
(100/9) x (1/100) =100/900

To simplify: 1/9
