Together with the old city of Rhodes, Lindos is the most beautiful site on the Island of Rhodes. Its on the South coast of the island. You should visit it if on the island; go as early as possible at around 09:00 AM.. it is a very busy place..

It is a small town on the south east coast of Rhodes. Situated halfway up a hill with the main road above and a great sandy beach below. There is a ruined temple on a rock outcrop to southwest side of the town accessable on foot or Donkey. Good bus service or cheap Taxis' to Rhodes town and good Tavernas.
