i guess since you're in the health section, I'm going to keep in health topics...
if I were going to do it over again, I would be a veterinarian or an orthodontist...
vets make an insane amount of money- (and I am a huge animal lover) and they dont deal with insurance.
orthodontists are pretty much 90% cash too.

I would be a vet tho. Animals- I love them, and no insurance. people spend any amount of money on pets. and animals are pretty helpless without human help when injured.

You haven't clearly stated your choice of subjects.

However engineering is also a gr8 option (even better) I would say, incase you also have maths.

You can do grad in any subject honurd i.e. physics / chemistry / botany / zoology / ZBC / PCM / or statistics or maths and then go for Civil services.

Alternately you can opt for mathematical subjects like statistics, computers etc. take economics or say commerce also and easily go for Chartered Accountancy / Banking / MBA / MCA or the works.

Lastly if you are interested in academics, specialize in any science subject of your choice in grad, do a prost grad and then do a Ph.D.

But always trin go for professionally orirnted courses. The job prospects are better and more lucrative. Slogging in hard core sciences is way too tedious and not as rewarding!

its difficult to tel d best option coz u havent listed ur field of interests or study. since u have asked bout suggestions and u r a science student u have following options:
1st go 4 graduation in medicine sciences or engineering or go for aeronautical sciences,chemical sciences,biotechnology,life science courses,pharmacological sciences,or even go 4 lecturership in a good univ. MPH (masters in public health) is alos a good option after grad.
But d best is go for MBA in health administration or health management from a reputed university
Believe me, MBA is master of all master degrees after any field of grad.MBA helps in all spheres of life, after whatever course u persue. so go ahead, find out preferences n al d best.

as you have not mentionad whether u have biology . . . if so i would opt something called para medicals .. . in that i would suggest u physio therapy , occupational therapy or speech and language therapy .
