i know that it is not possible practically but iwant to know something from the experts!!!!!!!!!!

sure you can. find the machinery, decide as to how far down you are to dig and then go horizontal. if you go to far down there is the heat. horizontal is also a problem(east or towards the west),then about crossing territory of other countries(visa problems) even if it is underground. when you come to the sea beds and ocean beds there will be a further problem. you might land up in the sea/ocean instead of going under it. here precision is important.similarly you want to land up in america not in africa or canada or in panama.

even if you accomplish the task of making the tunnel you will be very old.

Theoritically it is possible. But if your digging m/c has 1degree error then you might be reaching to Canada instead of USA. and your compass device will not help you to detect that error when you reach at the center of earth.

If a nuclear reactor melts it will go through the earth and come out through the otherside. Its called China Syndrome and not India Syndrome so the answer is obvious.
