I am curious to know if the United States Postal Service can detect LSD being sent through the mail?

I very much doubt it.

It is illegal to send hazardous or banned substances, but it's not illegal if you don't get caught.

Agree with magick kitty. Remember that getting caught will result in you being charged with a felony in federal court (intent to distribute). That is a lot of years without any chance of parole.

Don't send LSD in the mail. It's just a stupid thing to do.

If you get caught you will go to Federal lockup for a very long time.
