Yes. When I left my husband, I knew it would "break me" and it did. But I had to give my children a better life than what we had at the time. Now, I'm a much stronger person because of what I did and I know I'm too strong to allow myself to go through that again.

Mentally and physically it was going into the military. They break you down and build you back up to work as a team instead of one person. One person can make a difference, but a whole bunch of person working as one is a wonderful thing. And now I sometimes break myself down physically to find my personal breaking point. If you don't know where it is how will you ever get better? Or would you rather have a simple Yes answer.

I think that eventually everyone has to. It's all about learning and maturing. I have done this too many times to think about and ultimately, although it usually takes a long time to get to that point, I always do come out stronger.

Jungle trekking whilst being scared crapless of insects..

Did it make me stronger, nope...I saw (and got bit by) the biggest insects in the world - now I am even more or a wus!
