i think he is well organised and plans his teams well also he keeps control of himself unlike wenger and other managers

His best attribute is that of maintaining his cool when things are not going well for him and he is not pompous. As a coach, I believe he is a good tactician as he parades his players in accordance with the opposition at hand and his immaculate behaviour is also seen from the way his players behave on the pitch or in public life. Although I don't support Liverpool, I salute Rafael Benitez and what he has done to the team against difficult conditions.

Because he is very good at what he does,he has respect for the players and put his all into his team.He missed his fathers funeral to be there for his team,that's dedication.
