If i ate some rat poisen mixed with my food, would it kill me? how would it affect me?

It depends on how much you ate. Rat poison is coumadin aka warfarin which is a blood thinner commonly used after surgery to prevent blood clots or for heart/stroke patients again to keep the blood thing. To much coumadin causes severe bleeding and yes it could kill you if you took enough of it and bled to death.

Rat poisons are classified with and LD (Lethal Dose) rating, advising you how much a dog (that's the nearest thing to a human that can be tested on legally) would have to consume to kill it. You'd have to consume quite a lot to be killed, but rat poisons work as an anticoagulant- they thin the blood and prevent clotting. Urgent treatment with vitamin K1 (the antidote) should eventually return blood to normal.

If you ate enough of it, yes it would kill you.
Usually rat poison consists of quantities of an anti-coagulant, which stops blood from clotting.
In rats, death occurs in 1-2 weeks from first dose of the poison, by fatal internal bleeding. I'd guess something similar would happen to you if you ate some.

1) Yes, the mouse poison can kill a hamster. 2) It won't take much time to kill her. It could take a few minutes. 3) Of course she'll surely die. Posion is bad for hamsters.

why?. that is a gross way to die. get some medical help and stop tyring to find ways to kill your self!
i am 13 and i even knwo its wrong.
did y ou knwo people that kill themselves go to hell.
that swhat i heard.

dam sure will!!just take warfarin or coumadin same stuff heart patients take but in small doses!
