i dont know R&B all that well, but some the best rappers are Tupac, Biggie Smalls (Notorious BIG), bone thugs n harmony, ludacris, busta rhymes, eminem, jay z, dr dre, snoop dogg, outkast(old songs, the new ones are too pop), chamilionaire. Usually you find someone you like and you will like most of the songs they make.
