I think you mean early voting. They can only use exit polls to give you a feel for that. Absentee votes are usually last after election day.

They had better not have reliable information. That would be a violation of the voting laws.

The same goes for all the early votes cast.

OBTW All Democrats are supposed to vote on Wednesday. (If you believe that last statement --YOU DON'T NEED TO BE VOTING!)
