In the USA it's a matter of Fed Law.
It's printed on the tire if it Is an Import.
,if it's NOT on the tire,then it's made in USA.
..............................
If you're shopping for tires,,,many places provide that info in their description...
Some don't.
All you can do in that case is,
a)Contact the seller for that detail
b)Look for Same Tire elsewhere & see if it mentions Origin.
--Such a "cross-refference" may not be 100% reliable,,,some MFGRS make "same tire" in different places
**Just a suggestion---
If you DO happen to contact a tire dealer for Country of Origin specs,,,
You might mention to them that CUSTOMERS/CONSUMERS would find that Info Useful,,,,and that it should be made available with each tire's advertised specs.

The country of origin is embossed / labeled on the tyre itself.
Pending on region, there are a few country of origin for the same make.
Eg.
Dunlop - Japan, Malaysia, Thailand.
Metzeller - Brazil , France.
Michellin - France, Japan
Bridgestone - USA, Japan,
Pirelli - USA, Italy
Euro Rubber - Thailand
Tyres are printed with the following info, Make, Model, Size, Profile, DIrection of rotatation (or tyre position), country of make, and tyre type eg tube / tubeless. these are the standard specification for all tyre manufacturers to follow.
Its usually on the sidewall of the tyre, right after the 'direction arrow'. Quite small though, about a 4mm in height.
P.S - the country of origin in not essential, perhaps only for costing. You should worry more about the compound / profile.

Generally, it is molded into the sidewall with all the other info.
To be honest, I do not recall seeing "made in USA" on any.
It may well be there and I just didn't see it.
I have had Dunlops that were made in Japan. Same tire as in the US, but made there and factory equipment on a Honda.

My guess is that it was made in China. It's a wild guess because too much stuff comes in from foreign imports, hence a massive defficit.
