LMAO, yo this Kobe Bryant impostor really cracks me up, dude you're funny! Anyway, I think people do call Iverson a ball-hog also, I just don't think they hate him as much as they hate Kobe. Kobe is one of those guys that you either love or hate, there is no middle road. I was reading an article that asked for the most hated and the most loved player (just two of many categories) and Kobe was the only player to be in the top 5 of both lol. It really doesn't matter what Kobe does, people will always find a way to hate him simply because they have nothing better to do. The Kobe impostor did have one thing correct though, Kobe is currently the best player in the world!

1) If anything, Iverson gets all the crap from people claiming he's a "ball-hog", not Kobe. Iverson averaged 7.4 assists last year compared to Kobe's 4.5. But no... Allen's still the ball-hog. It doesn't make any sense.
2) Kobe is hated because he's arrogant and a horrible leader, and because of the sexual assault charges a couple years ago, not because he shoots too much. Although that's up there too.
3) Iverson doesn't make his teammates better? The Sixers are 3-0! He had 13 assists in their game on Sunday! And even in the years when the Sixers weren't so good, look at the stiffs Iverson had to play with. Glenn Robinson, Keith Van Horn, Kenny Thomas. You're not going to win a championship with those guys no matter how good you are. Meanwhile, Kobe has had Shaq, Fisher, Horry, and guys that can actually SHOOT. It's an unfair comparison.
Put A.I. on any of the Laker teams from 2000 to 2002 and he'd get you three rings also.

I feel you on the Kobe hating, but when the kid did what he did, (breaking up the dynasty) it left many people that liked him with ill feeling towards him. Also, when that drama went down, (him in the court room and things) and how he was talking about A.I. and how he (Kobe) would never doing anything crazy like hitting a women or being violent toward women, people saw him a double standard and did not like it. I did not like and I'm a Lakers fan til' GOD takes me off this earth.
But your ESPN stats about the two are wonderful. I did not know Iverson had that many points, and your right, he has not made his teammates better. The East was just weak when the Sixers made it. That is the only reason why.

Kobe is without doubt the satisfactory. T-Mac and Iverson had been satisfactory, however T-Mac has by no means received a playoff sequence, so I can not positioned him above the opposite two. Iverson used to be a beast in his top, and he carried the Sixers to the Finals, however he additionally shot his crew out of extra video games than anybody in league historical past, and used to be undersized and every now and then a legal responsibility on protection. All three are elite scorers, and it could be difficult to opt for the satisfactory scorer of their primes, however watching on the different element in their video games, Kobe has the opposite two beat in almost each class. one million. Kobe two. Iverson three. T-Mac Edit: Iverson obtained plenty of steals in view that he gambled means an excessive amount of defensively. I truthfully view Iverson's prime thieve numbers as a fault, no longer a optimistic. I could not let you know how frequently Iverson went for a thieve, left his guy large open, and obtained killed for it. Kobe racked up prime thieve numbers even as nonetheless gambling lockdown protection. As for bigger chief.. Do you desire the chief of your crew move right into a press convention and speak approximately how train is not predominant? Kobe has the perfect paintings ethic, and is likely one of the satisfactory leaders in basketball historical past. Better at attacking the basket? In their primes, I say that's approximately even. If something, I deliver Kobe the moderate part, in view that Iverson used to be brief and routinely struggled to get his shot up towards well shot blocking off facilities. Go youtube Kobe's satisfactory dunks and inform me I'm improper. I'm no longer looking to downgrade Iverson. He is a long term Hall of Famer, and used to be a best five participant within the league for a well five years. But he wasn't as well as Kobe.

I'm not a Kobe-hater, but it's not fair to get on AI for not having championships.
Kobe is a great player, but I don't think he would have won either of those titles without Shaq. If he wants to prove that he's a "championship" player, he should win one without the big man. This is the situation AI has been in for years - a great player on a team lacking that second great player, and without a good supporting cast. It's tough to win in that situation no matter how good you are, as Kobe is learning.
I'm not knocking Kobe at all - he's HOFer, and arguable the best player in the game. But to compare his rings with AI's lack of them isn't fair at all.

I won the scoring title last year, so i'm not considered a ballhog. I'm not gonna be mad and get carried away with these stupid comparisons because I know that Iverson is NOTHING compared to ME! I'm simply THE BEST IN THE WORLD!
