I had LLetz procedure for both CIN 2 and CIN3 following two colposcopys in 7 years.LLETZ ( large loop extraction of the Transformation zone)This was done under local the first time but I could'nt tolerate it the second time so had it done under general.LLETZ uses a heated loop to scrape away the abnormal cells. Afterwards you will feel some discomfort rather like mild period cramps for a few hours and some bleeding for a few days but this is normal. Your question does'nt say anymore so I hope I have given you some info to help, if you are having this done I hope all goes well.

I did. It was nothing, only period-like cramping afterwards. Only spent two hours at hospital and was sent home.
