I am under-going a very serious process of self-destruction as we speak. I imagine it will last at least another two weeks. After that I will be wiser and stronger than before.

Self-improvement is masterbation.....

now self-destruction.....

What do you mean by self-destruct? Mentally and emotionally I have exploded and had breakdowns on more than one occasion. The great thing about being human is we can re-build ourselves. My conclusion at this point in my life is we have the ability to grow and build ourselves until the day we die.

Never.

That is why this question is coming up so seriously again and again. We need not underestimate ourselves. We may sleep for a while and slip a bit, but we have the ability to wake up in time and walk through the right way.

I'm 44 and will die at @62, according to the history of my mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. I just want to live to see me little boy, 5 yrs, 11 months old, graduate from high school. With my family history, I think that's the best that I can ask for.
