The song "Fletchy's Revenge" by Barnes and Barnes is a song about .... fishheads! This has to be one of the weirdest songs I've ever heard. I remember seeing the video to this song as a kid back in the '80's.

Fish heads. By Barnes & Barnes
(Chorus and first verse)
Fish heads fish heads
Roly poly fish heads
fish heads fish heads
eat them up, yum!
Ask a fish head anything you want to
they wont answer they cant talk.
(chorus)
I took a fish head out to see a mooovie
didnt have to pay to get it in.
(chorus)
They don't play baseball
they don't wear sweaters
they're not good dancers
They dont play drums!!
(chorus)
Rolypoly fishheads are never seen drinking capachino in Italian restaurants
with oriental women!!!!!
Yeah!
Fish heads fish heads
roly poly fish heads
fish heads fish heads
eat them up Yum!
YEEAAHHHH!!!!!!

it really is a shame to imagine that the church homes around the realm experience the danger of God's authentic call Jehovah, and want to exterminate it from each and every position that their very last parishioners might want to even see it even as attending facilities or examining their own reproduction of the bible at abode. might want to the reason be that once back, Jehovah's Witnesses the uncovered the faux doctrine a lot that Church officials imagine that in the adventure that they take God's call out of the ultimate 4 places it really is found in maximum bibles that folk will be more effective gullible and are available decrease back to faux faith dressed as Christendom? might want to be! in the mean time, maximum bibles have Jehovah's call at Exodus 6:3; Psalms 80 3:18 (19); Isaiah 12:2; 26:4 I placed into parentheses Psalms 80 3:19 because in some German bible Jehovah's call is stumbled on there particularly of verses 18.

Satellite - Dave Matthews Band
Satellite in my eyes
Like a diamond in the sky
How I wonder.
Satellite strung from the moon
And the world your balloon
Peeping tom for the mother station

Winter's cold spring erases
And the calm away by the storm is chasing
Everything good needs replacing
Look up, look down all around, hey satellite

Satellite, headlines read
Someone's secrets you've seen
Eyes and ears have been
Satellite dish in my yard
Tell me more, tell me more
Who's the king of your satellite castle?

Rest high above the clouds no restrictions
Television you bounce from the world
And while I spend these hours
Five senses reeling
I laugh about this world in my satellite eyes.

Gotta love DMB - awesome songs, awesome lyrics.

Damn it someone beat me to 'itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini' - brilliant

But what about 'i dont like Mondays' by the boomtown rats it was a true story about some wierd girl in america who went into school one day and shot a load of people and when they asked her why she did it, she said "coz i dont like mondays!" - NICE!!

And how about this for a wierd title - 'Lovestain' by Jose Gonzales - just conjures up funny thoughts in my head although its not actually a rude song

The Young Knives... one of the songs on their latest album is about tailors! They lyrics include:

"Tailors are the best
And Tailors get you dressed
Tailors are the best

Sewing
Sewing
Sewing
Sewing"

I'd say that's a pretty odd thing to produce music about...
