have you tried going to a karate school, this is a good way, as it helps you master self control.plus you can kick a punch bag and vent your emotions that way. Or, go for a long walk examine in you mind why who and what is upseting you and figure out ways of preventingthem from happening again.

the absolute best remedy for this is a little game i like to call break sh*t. get a brick or a big rock, a huge cardboard box and all the unwanted breakable crap you can find (ugly figurines, old dishes, beer bottles, ect) the more the better. put the box on a hard floor, maybe in the garage, put the brick/rock inside, and one by one, slam down every item in the box. channel all your frustrations into it, let it all out. once you're finished, you'll feel much better. just make sure to sweep up all the stray glass peices, and wear appropriate shoes when you do it. good luck!

I use the :bash and burn technique. I am normally very very gentle and sedate, but when my frustrations get out of control I take a claw hammer and bash the hell out of fire logs or anything really that is breakable and that I don't care about. I mean, you really have to put your heart and soul into it. It feels great! Then you build a nice big roaring fire (safely) and watch the stuff burn up. It sounded goofy to me too until I tried it. My boyfriend recommended it and even had to coax me the first few times, but now I do it when I feel bad and it makes me feel calmer.

write in a journal, work out, watch t.v., scream to yourself. however dont take it out on someone else. try to figure out why you are so frustrated.
