Owl are night hunters and see quite well in very dim light. Bats would be the best choice but they don't really see well at all because they depend on a type of radar.

Nothing can see in the dark. Seeing requires some light. Many animals can see in much dimmer light than human beings. Also bats and some other animals can tell where objects are in complete darkness by bouncing sound waves off them and listening to the echoes but this is not seeing. BTW, bats are not blind as some people believe. They can see when light is available.

Me. I'm a nocturnal freak of nature, like a vampire, only no blood-sucking or weakness to garlic, the sun, etc.

Some animals can see in very low light, or can even produce light, but animals that live in caves where there is no light invariably evolve to have no eyes.
