"Michael Collins" - How the IRA used "terrorism" to force Britian out and create a modern nation.

"Ghandi" - Peaceful resistance forces the Brits out of India.

"Cry Freedom" - South Africa's struggle with a racist government. Steve Biko is one of the great heroes of the 20th century.

"All Quiet on the Western Front" - Mechanized war in all it's brutal reality.

"13 days" - How a standoff between Kennedy & Krushchev nearly destroyed the world.

"Malcom X" - If MLK was the carrot, Malcom X was the stick that forced white America to choose civil rights.

"Incident at Oglala" - While civil rights are a reality to most, some people in America are still waiting for justice.

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. Done in 1964 by Stanly Kubrick. A very good political movie.

Also, probably the most effective political propaganda movie of the 20th century was "Triumph des Willen" (Triumph of the Will) by Leni Riefenstahl, 1935.
