Does anybody know of any good, upmarket holiday resorts in Spain? Maybe like the "Club Med" ones in France. I'm looking to do a year working in Spain and think that it would be quite fun to do animation or something...

upmarket resorts are marbella. you will want a real family place then. the south west coast is the up and coming place for tourists to go to. Alot of domestic tourists go at the moment, so if you have some spanish, that's an option. Why not visit the spanish embassy or consulate for more info.

Marbella on the Costa del Sol is nice . Hot or warm for most of the year, and definately upmarket. Take plenty of money. You dont have to speak Spanish, thats rubbish. But its nice to know a few words.

Hi,I would suggest Port Aventura it is a huge themed adventure park about 5mins by train from the city of Tarragona in Catalonia, which is a fab traditional catalan area to dine out, music, bars and clubbing. It is cheap to fly to Reus from Stansted and Luton with Ryanair about £25 one way inc taxes.Reus is 15mins by bus to Tarragona.
Good luck or Buenos suerte as they say

Hi !
Unless you speak Spanish, forget it. It's an absolute must out here. Don't listen to those who tell you otherwise.
