Both are good because it's office party season and there will be a few red faces with what goes on on the photocopier! People will be resigning or getting sacked like nobodies business!

December is usually a crazy month to be starting a new job, with the holidays and activities. Also, the decorating. I'd go with november - now!
I want to change jobs, but I don't want the stress of a new job at the holidays. I'm waiting until January.

You could seek now.. howvever working in an office for a large company myself I would suggest January.. the beginning of the year... some compamies expand..
However.. April is also a good time as its the end and the start of the next financial year and a lot of companies may need the extra workers for the extra workload and may have the extra cash to recruit..
Good luck in the job hunting xx

It doesn't matter which month is better. If you start now, you've got a better chance of getting a job quicker. One thing is certain, if you don't look for a job until December, then you will certainly not be working before December.

Now. I know 2 people who have just got new jobs. Run up to Christmas and immediately after in the new year are probably not the best times. More people will be looking now. Good luck.

I would say strike while the iron is hot and do it now. I dont think it will make much of a different between november and december.

As soon as you want a new job.
BTW Not all companies use April as the new fiscal year. We use July 1 and others use Jan 1.

Now, a lot of companies are recruiting now for over a christmas rush, then they don't recruit (large companies especially) until the new financial year (april) unless its just a one off vacancy.

Leave it until January when everyone's been fired or shamed out of their jobs after office party antics!
