There will actually be a check on those in power. Some of the stench of corruption that has been coming from Washington over the last 6 years will finally be aired out. We may actually see the minnimum wage get increased before congress votes themselves another 8 pay increases. There will be lots of Republican whining and people like Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter will attempt to frame the defeat as a Republican victory.

Oh, lots of stuff. They will start impeachment proceedings against Bush, tying up Congress so that no new legislation will have a chance to be reviewed. They will set a timetable for our defeat (oops, I meant "the withdrawal") in Iraq. They will insure that any judges nominated must have a liberal agenda. They will begin drafting policies to have a national health care system so that our health care will be managed by the same people that run the drivers' license bureaus and the post office. You think you have to wait in line to see a doctor now? Ask the Canadians how sophisticated their health care system is.

Well according to MOST republicans taxes will get raised and Iraq will get worse because they say libs are "soft" when it comes to terrorism/Iraq war. Who knows what will happen! Were just gonna have to wait and see.
