Well i asked my girlfriend PALMie and her 5 friends and they said no amount is too much and then they jumped onto me and started to do it to me.

There is no prefixed amount because we all are different each other. It depends from body/mind mainly.
When I was a boy some friend wasn't able to wa.nk more than a time in week while I had to do that every day even and I felt good and health as like as they felt. Your "amount" just will be your personal own one different from mine!
Well, then it will be too much when you are going over that amount and for long!
For example, if my friends masturbated every day, then it was too much for their mind/body and after a time they could even get health problem!
Wa.nk has not to be an obsession, independently from the number of the acts.
