Extremely poor management, resulted in only the poor employees who could not find employment elsewhere staying, anyone else employable left. Oh, and one bipolar office manager.

Huh? If it's my current job, I haven't resigned. My last job I resigned because the pay was too low. And this one, the only thing keeping me here is the pay. Working conditions are bad. Except, I have a lot of free time to play on YA.
