To insult the anal retentive, perhaps you should first consider the origins of the term. It refers to problems they had in the early stage of development as a child. People with anal retentive personalities refused to go to the toilet for a number too and would retain it making themselves either constipated or having lots of accidents. You could use that as an insult in some way I'm sure? However, if that fails just go with pig headed stubborn b@stard - not one word but four aptly put.

I think you shouldn't come up with a funny remark about it - Just exploit his/her obstinate bull headed behaviour and highlight them as someone who isn't a team player.

It's all well and good going for the cheap gag but really exploit this idiots weakness and say that they are adverse to change which is a worrying quality to have in a dynamic company - or some salesy b*llsh*t like that!
