well it depends how long the US government is willing to keep them over there before realizing tis a lost cost and that we can't fight insurgency. don't worry it only took 25 years with Vietnam....
and they didn't even have oil....

It would be a bad thing for anyone to think soldiers are suffering for nothing. At least give them credit for trying to protect innocent people.

Honestly, as long as Bush is in office we probably wont leave. Its really not a stab at Bush as much as it is a stab at how he is handling it. He thinks if we go in and play big bad *** america we can fix anything, but if we just leave and let them handle it themselves it will probably work out. Surveys and stats say that the majority in Iraq want to be democratic, but the US is pissing too many people off by being there.

Until the world learns it's cheaper to talk than blow things up. The problem with talking is both sides have to be willing to consider what the other side is saying.

I don't believe in this war in Iraq, I'm still baffled that we went after Saddam and caught him and Bin Laden is still out there.. but there are soliders that believe in what they are doing over there.. so I can't speak for them-I've watched documentaries on them and a good majority of them do feel good about what they are doing over there, and do feel they are helping people...
