I have many New Testament favorites, some being:
Romans 12,
John 3:16,
and many more but I don't have the locations memorized, "We are more than conquerors through our Lord, Christ Jesus who strengthens us."
Old Testament:
Psalm 27,
Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not onto thine own understanding. Acknowledge the Lord in all thine ways, and He will direct thine paths."

Job 1:20
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised. NIV
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. NIV
The first one reminds me that it's okay...that even though we go through hard times, that it's okay...there is a plan.
John 3:16 reminds me of what God did for me.
I think sometimes the bible is contradictory, but it's all about how YOU perceive it. I know that it's gotten me through a lot of hard times! Great question!

Hi everybody.
My favorite new testament verse is when Jesus was having the last supper and he told his disciples that "Up to now I have called you my disciples but now I call you my friends. For there is no great gift than to lay down ones life for ones friend."
The old testament saying that is awesome is..and I apologize if I spell something wrong but.."Those who trust in the lord shall walk and never grow weary, they shall run and never stumble. They shall mount wings like eagles".
The bible is so awesome that even if Jesus wasn't real (Although I have no doubt the bible is true) but even if...even if it is just so awesome that I would worship the ones who invented it!

Old Testament - Jer 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you. Plans not to harm you but to give you a hope & future.
New Testament - dont' remember where it is but one of Paul's gospels and it's the verse that says, "Do not look for trouble. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Amen! =)

I don't believe in the Bible; I just read it and use it as sort of a guide (along with other books). So there really aren't any favorite verses.
