Everytime I get a bra that fits well, within a month it doesn't work anymore. I mean it no longer supports.

Do you machine wash and put your bras in the dryer? That destroys the elasticity and ruins the bra. I hand wash mine in luke warm water and hang them to dry. Do not wring them out. Let them drip dry. My mom taught me this many years ago and I've always done this. Some of my bras are 5 years old and still in good shape. (C-cup). My bras are good quality. I wear Olga bras and they last forever if you take care of them.

You need to make sure you only ever hand-wash them in luke warm water, don't ever machine wash and spin them. Also, are you getting them so that when they're new they fit on the outermost set of hooks? That's where they should be, so that as the elastic loosens a bit you can move in along the hooks and keep the tightness and support. Also go to Bravissimo or another specialist place to get your bras fitted, M&S isn't as good as they say they are - they just do measurements, not full fittings, which is very different.

The best bras are at Victoria Secret. It's a bit of a money splurge, but it's worth it to have a good bra. It might be how you are washing and drying them also. If you keep them in the dryer too long or wash them on the wrong cycle, it will ruin your bra.

You are supposed to get a bra that fits well even on the last hook because they stretch. So after a month or so you can move it to the middle hook then the tightest hook if it stretches even more. That should help with the support. Go to victoria secret or victoria secret.com and get a secret embrace bra, I've had mine a few months and it's still holding up great. I love it.

They wear out with use. Most of us wear one every day and if you are rotating between 3 or 4 good bras, they're going to wear out with time. I try to go through about once a month and throw away the worn out ones and get new ones. If you can afford it, go have a professional fitting and buy 3 or 4 good bras. Once you know your proper size, it should be easy to replace the worn out ones as they wear down.

Most often it has to do with the washing and drying. They can shrink and become loose when the elastic parts break down. So, maybe hand washing in mild temps might help.

I'm not a women, but my guess is your buying cheap bras!! You get what you pay for. Try Rigby & Peller for some better ones....

You need to talk to them about this. Maybe it is the way you wash them or are they selling poor quality. Maybe they will replace them for free if you yell loud enough.

If it looses it's support this quickly I don't think it's the right size for you.
It's probably too small.

Simplest answer would be > You are washing it incorrectly. It is either shrinking or stretching!
