i'm not quite sure exactly HOW to remove nail polish from a child's eyelid but use vasaline.
it's really gentle and it removes all the junk from my eye every night so it should work.

professionals sometimes use a correction pen, basically held just like a pen and has some nail polish remover on it, but is not dripping it. You could use something like that if you cannot go to a Doctor.

warm water and a soft wash cloth should work. May take a little time, but it will come off.

why would they have nail polish on there eyelids to begin with....woldnt that make them stick open? oh hell i dont knwo goodluck on that one!
