Let's say that one of your relatives, your great-great-grandfather, we'll say, came back to life for a week. He died in 1905. How would explain the Internet to him in terms he might understand?

Since he died in 1905, he might have used a telephone, probably saw a car, and might have been aware of the invention of the airplane.

I would explain that it was a typewriter where other people could see what you wrote and where you could see what they wrote.

Say "It Is A Network Of Communication That People Use To Look Up Information And Contact Eachother. Like A Typewriter Conected To A Phone. You Can Look Up Anything You Want."

well, in 1905 most phones were a "party line" meaning that several people (usually neighbors) had one line that they had to share. You could easily pick up the receiver and hear your neighbor talking with a relative.
The internet kind of works the same way but everyone is on the line at the same time. New technology simply makes us able to see and hear all of the people as we choose without everyone talking at the same time.

If he came back to life... I highly doubt showing him the internet should be a concern of yours. You might want to start with the question: "Why the hell is my great-great-grandfather alive from the dead?"
But if you insist on showing him the internet... ask him what it is he wants to know and search it.
