Sending to Romania depends on where you send to there. Most of the major cities, like Bucharest and Timisoara get mail from the US in 8-10 days. Smaller towns 10-20 days.
This assumes you send it first class airmail, from the US Post Office.

I think it will take you about one month before they send you mail from romania that's how long it took my sister.
