With my last baby I had undiagnosed gestational diabetes. I was extremely tired and did not want to get off the couch. My doctor never told me I had diabetes and my baby was 11 pounds and very sick. Have your blood sugar checked. The higher your sugar is the lower the babies is and the baby will be too big. She is thirteen years old now and fine but that was the most miserable pregnancy I had ever had. She was number five and the last.

Early pregnancy symptoms do not just disappear the moment you hit the second trimester. It could take a few weeks to go away or it can last the entire pregnancy. I'm 23 weeks and still feel exhausted all the time. I had a great pregnancy my first time too but this one is wearing me out. My theory is that the first time, you could just lay down and take a nap whenever you felt tired. This time, you can't so you are feeling the exhaustion more.

I had these feelings late in pregnancy when I was gestational diabetic. However every pregnancy is different and symptoms you had with one may be completely different than the other mine were totally different.

You will have a baby girl this time. One feels differently during pregnancy if the second child is not of the same sex as the 1st one.
