The answer should be simple. Yes. But what about cases where people are wrongly convicted,it does happen. Jail for a a wrong conviction is hard enough to try and compensate for but castration ? i don't think you could compensate for that.

If it meant that rapist would not rape then yes. But unfortuneatly since rape is mostly about control, this would not create a cure-all action. The best way to deal with rape is therapy. So you might actually be creating a more difficult situation. Without DNA, what evidence would a rapist does leave behind when (and they will) rape again? Skin cells maybe? I don't know.

They should be held in a room in the middle of the town centre of where he/she has committed the crime and members of the public, for free, be allowed to have 10 minutes each, if they like, a day to torture them for the rest of their lives. Death is too good for rapists and child molesters.

Yes if there is absolutely no doubt - possibly with a nail gun - but the damage is a little hard to undo if they are later found to be innocent, and the person made it all up.

Not all the time there are people out there who make it up. Castration's a little hard to undo.

having been gang raped when i was 16 i am all for it. If ever a petition comes around to do this you will find my name on it for sure. I do believe that this would help to stop furture attacks. These men without there weapons of choice would be lost. yes yes yes
