Got BUSBI DATA USB Flash Drive put file on it, now what do I do, got no instructions want to open file help?

I have always used floppy disks , thought I would get up to date with USB flash drive , able to transfere files on to it but what can I do with them now , can't work out how to open theses files is there instructions on the Net I could download or will I have to go back to Floppys HELP PLEASE

Hi. Open My computer look down list you should see a new drive letter & beside a discription of what type of drive.Click it to open. Files should then be accessable.
