Depends on your definition of BEST... perhaps after that it wasn't the best.

As a response, an insult would have been... "your just a loose whore".

Not in my husband's case dear - on our first night he said 'is it in?' to which I said 'yes'. He then replied - 'OK, brace yourself I'm coming upstairs!'
