Not at all. But as usual, only the naughty ones make the headlines!...

Sound like you want to be famous... he he he... with that remark, you are GOING to earn yourself some not-so-popular points. I mean think about it - sure, religion is the opium of the masses, but it's an opium each person chooses or walks away from. All religious leaders are still people - and people have faults - (take your question for example! lol) - people do stupid things, that does not make the religious leaders dirty - it makes the individuals dirty. The trouble is we tend to group people into these bags of "good" and "bad" when we have trouble with what they represent.

For example - you ask this question, but what you really have a problem with is religion. Perhaps you don't like it, perhaps you've had a bad experience. Don't cut down the tree because the apricots are bad - pull them off, fertilize, tend it, and then reap as you sow. And those bad apricots still on the tree- toss them on the compast heap - it's all they're good for anyways!

What a terrible thing to say!! Of course they are not all dirty old men. Some probably are, and they're making the rest of them look bad too.

He both used to be the Son of God, or he used to be loopy, or he used to be a liar. There is not any different possible likelihood. We understand he used to be no longer loopy. If he have been, the Pharisees don't have taken him significantly. The simplest alternative then is the Son of God or liar. If he isn't the Son of God, then we can not name him a well trainer, on the grounds that he gave humans fake hopes. He both used to be who he claimed to be, or he used to be a deceiver, the well trainer alternative isn't an alternative. Anyone who desires to argue he used to be a liar? I suggest C.S. Lewis's "Mere Christianity" for a deeper evaluation of this trillema.
