I start off by making an into call! sending some info following up, asking questions ans listening!!!!!

Be prepared to bend over backwards, do something which seperates you from your competetors! take the buyer for lunch! keep in touch but dont pester! be frofesional!

I deal with the big boys! its not easy but doable!
