When we did have get rain the season would depend where in Australia you were. Northern Australia (Darwin and Brisbane etc) have their rainy season normally during the summer months (Dec - Mar) but the futher south you go the climate changes and Sydney would have the rainy season during the period Mar - Jun, moving into the winter months in places like Melbourne and Hobart from Jun - Oct.

So as you can see there is not one specific rainy season in Australia.

We wish we had one...we are living with water restrictions because it doesn't rain much at all.

most of australia is in severe drought we would welcome rain at anytime..
