This is tricky. If someone else wants you to be someone else, you have a choice of changing into the first party or a third party. Usually the first party wants you to become a third party, but a third party does not yet exist, so becoming the first party is the more viable option. Cloning, morphing, stalking an haunting are ways to find your goal. Dressing yourself in the skin of the first party is most efficient.

OK, I need you to be More specific? Why are you taking medication? Is for depression, schizophrenia? And how long have you been taking medication? Sometimes it takes 2 weeks for psychiatric medication to take any effect on a person. If the medication isn't working tell your psychiatrist and get them changed.

Time for Ichi to get a new Psychiatrist. Dragon thinks maybe Ichi stops taking his drugs and becomes a missionary and moves to Africa and gets some bizarre disease like schistosomiasis and comes back all withered and ancient, but very very wise.

Or Ichi could stay the way he is, because Dragon loves him the way he is. ♥

I will hunt your psychiatrist down like a mad dog for trying to change you. Love you just the way you are ... even more when you're drunk.

Maybe it just isn't meant to be! Some of us have problems with perfection; others are that way naturally. Maybe you're so good you can't get any better? How 'bout that?

I wouldn't worry about being that person, just take take the meds. Ask for a stronger dosage. If you still care, they aren't working.

First step, take a long shower. Then, stop self-medicating. If that doesn't work, hit the tavern.
