What if it was legal?

We know that child porn is illegal by law. How many of you will be against it or sex between adults and children if allowed by law? I personally believe the acts are repulsive by thier nature.

As you would be exploiting someone who did not yet have the capacity to make an informed decision, I would be against it. Same reason it is illegal.

Why all these questions about child pornography all of a sudden. Yes it's illegal and so it should be. It exploits the very people in society who need the most protection. Same thing for adult/child sex. Things start to get blurred when the age of consent goes down and children mature earlier, which research tells us is happening. When is a child no longer a child? In Australia the age of consent is 16, whereas it used to be higher. Are 16 year olds now in a better position to make an informed decision than before? In some countries it is legal to marry girls a lot younger than 16. It's widely frowned upon in those countries, but it's legal so the practise continues. Another alarming stastistic is that worldwide, one in three people were sexually abused as children. The figure is even higher for girls. Many of these incidents go unreported.

Anyone that even REMOTELY wants to legalize sex between adults and children, I believe, should be TORTURED until they say uncle and then if they can be shown to be on that same legalization course again, should receive the death penalty.

I believe Any child porn should be automatic life in prison without parole and and any adult who has sex with a child should always get the death penalty no pleas, no nothing!!!!!!!!!

It's Horrific! If it ever became legal this country will have absolutely nothing to stand on... We're already corrupt enough as it is.
