She is getting tubes put back in her ear in dec. Will she always have ear infections or will she grow out of it? could there be another reason why she can not fight a ear infection off?

My brother had heaps of trouble with his ears when he was a little kid. Grommets, growths etc. He grew out of it.

Chances are your daughter will grow out of it as her ears grow and the passages enlarge and as she builds her immunity.

There could be another reason why she can't fight off an ear infection which your naturopath may be able to help you with.

Good luck!

My son had chronic ear infections for years until they put tubes in @ 3 he is now 5 1/2 and get ear aches but no infection. The doc also took his adnoids at the same. He still has one in his ear the other has fallen out.

The ear infection shot from the doc works well my youngest is 18 months and hasn't had one.

My brother, who is 13 now, had ear infections real bad when he was a baby. He also had tubes in his ears that fell out and they had to put new ones in. The good news is around the age of about 4 he stopped having ear infections and has not had one since! I wish you the best and I hope your daughter grows out of them like my brother did! :)

Two out of my three children have had tubes, My son got his when he was 9months old, he was very sick with ear infections, and they fell out sometime in the summer of '05, the doctor told me if he makes it through the winter with no ear infectins he will not have to have them replaces, so he made it though he is now 3 and has not had anymore ear infections!!
