What a heartbreaking game for the Cowboys. They blew the game and should have easily won it.

Do you think the Cowboys still have a realistic shot and making the playoffs given their schedule and the fact that they would need to win 6 of their next 8 games just to go 10-6 on the year.

What do you think?

If we take the divions leaders as they are now (meaning which 2 teams would be the WCs), I'd lean heavily towards no. They're tied with Philly in their own divison, plus MN and STL, and Carolina (who's 3rd in their division!) are 4-4. And the Falcons are 5-3. I don't know these guys' schedules off the top of my head, I don't see the Cowboys making the playoffs.

I don't know if they will make the playoffs or not. I do believe that the QB question has been taken care with Romo. He is playing well and can only get better. Now T.O. has got to start catching those passes. I think Dallas shot themselves in the foot yesterday when they went for that 2 point conversion and not just kick the extra point. That came back and bit them in the butts. They are a better team than the Redskins and should have won that easily. That face mask penalty in the end got 'em. That was one game that could have gone either way.

I dont think so.
The whole T.O. thing blew up in their faces ( as i predicted ), and the Giants have a good handle on the NFC East at this point.
Its always possible in the NFL that a team will make a run for the playoffs, and all sorts of factors have to come into play for them to make it, but its gonna be tough for them.
They still have to play the Giants AGAIN, and that'll be in the Meadowlands, and losing to the Skins was huge.
And i hate to tell you Cowboy fans out there that dont wanna hear this. Stop making Tony Romo out to be the next Joe Montana. He's not that good, and Parcells' school of thought isnt working anymore in the current NFL. It's gonna be years before the Cowboys make a serious run for the Lombardi trophy.

Well, next week is Arizona, which should be a win, then they play the next 5 of 7 at home, but of those, 3 will be very tough-Indy, New Orleans, and Philadelphia, plus they have to travel and play the Giants in the Meadowlands. Looks like another 9-7 year to me, and again, missing the playoffs. Stupid T.O., lost them the game yesterday. Had a long pass in his hands that would've easily been a TD if he would've caught it.

The playoffs? If Jones were to call Troy, Emmitt and Michael out of retirement, maybe. Oh that's right, Emmitt has a second career now as a dancer! I vote for you every week Big E!

Unfortunately, not with Terrible Owens on the team..... it's sad, they should have won that game yesterday (don't get me wrong, i'm glad they lost) but his antics will hold them back, and cause them to not get to the playoffs....... I think Romo is a good QB, they just need to bench Owens and let the other RB's do what they do...... my prediction is he (TO) won't be a Cowboy for long.....

LET ME SEE. THE COLTS,SAINTS,BUCCS,GIANTS,EAGLES,

NOPE NOT WINNING THIS GAMES, THEY ARE OVERATED MORE THAN THE STEALERS.

WHY WAS EVERYONE SUPRISED WHEN THEY LOST. THEY CANT REALLY COMPETE WITH THE BIG NAME TEAMS. JUST LOOK AT WHO THEY HAVE BEATEN BESIDES CAROLINA. NOBODYS

I KNEW IT. THATS WHY I BET $50 AND WON TO A RIDICULOUS FARM COWBOY FAN.

BEST CHANCE THEY HAVE IS 8-8. AND THATS IF THEY GET LUCKY AND BEAT THE CARDINALS. NEXT WEEK.

This season is lost for the 'boys. The quarterback change came too late, and TO problems just seem to exacerbate the situation.
