When you are talking about practice making perfect, you should be able to differentiate between perfection and being Ideal. To reach a level of Ideal stage and becoming more perfect requires practice and nothing but practice. When ones mind is not ready to becoming more perfect, how can it work for being Ideal?

Practice makes improvement in level of consistency. Perfection is not real - it is a concept. Nothing is perfect in this world even though God is supposed to have made.

So, yes, practice is essential for improvements, but it would be folly to expect perfection!!

first off, you would have to define perfection, as it is another indefinate term. secondly, practice doesn't neccesarily make perfect, you practice to get better, not perfect. perfect is different to everyone so you still want to practice to get better......nobody is perfect because everyone's standards are different
