Last week I was at a wedding and had the experience of watching a group of ladies in their 50s and 60s dancing...
Not pretty...
What do you think?
Should they be banned?

Well, I realize I suck at dancing, so I stay out of the dance floor! hahaha
Why can't they realize that too?

Oh, yeah, an old man.
I too went to a wedding dance recently. I chuckled (under my breath) at the women dancing, including women dancing with women. I thought of people who used to cluck about lesbians dancing together, but (I don't go to many dances and have two-left feet neither with any rhythm) what I saw was that men don't dance--and those who do, don't do it very well.
I saw some old gals getting into the music and really, as they used to say, cutting a rug, but the guys, well, they probably would be more animated if you poured ice water down their backs. Yeah, there's something uglier--the guys.

Your day is coming. You may be young and not believe that you will be OLD some day, but it WILL happen and you WILL be 50 or 60. Those "old" people you seen, have probably danced dances you could never touch without looking spastic. They probably have hundreds of hours of dancing behind them.
You DO slow down when ole Arthur and Rheu comes to visit you.

I think that elderly ppl (men or women) are adorable when they they dance. Just the fact that they CAN and are willing to is wonderful. What I find ugly is young people who think they can dance but really cant, what is even uglyier is people that critisize elderly ladies for enjoying themselves.

I sure hope you never even THINK about dancing when you are over 50! In fact, because you'll be so "ugly," maybe you should do all the youngsters a favor and just stay in your house when you get that old. Thanks.

Nothing more beautiful!! It's great that they have the energy, the will and sense of fun as I hope I will when I get to that age.
You'll be bopping around too when you get to this age....wait and see!!!
