It's faster than any other 125 on the road I have never been beaten by any thing below 250 yet, handles like a race bike on good roads. Good for 117mph
It is one of the few sexy looking bikes
The Aprilia RS 125cc is an ideal first bike for anyone who has just come onto the British roads because of its good all round capabilities and practicality. It also holds value fairly well. You can't ask much more from a 125cc engine with such reliability.

I'd say anything "average" and not specifically sporty or tuned should be left behind up to about 60 quite easily. If you can legally ride an unrestricted 125 stinkwheel, though, you should be able to ride something a bit faster.

Depends whether you are talking about acceleration or top speed. Either way, trying to "keep up" with things is the quickest way to get a free ride to casualty in an ambulance.

I'm not sure, but I know it will beat a mildly tuned 97 Ford Mustang GT from stop light to stop light.

Depends on the skill of the rider. Check out your local casualty dept; I'm sure someone in there has had (or treated someone who has had) experience of this.
