There's pills to give female hormones, but it doesn't affect women that already have enough of it.. It would affect men though. You can get a Brava system which is like a artificial bra that makes them shape and grow naturally..but more than usual. A lot safer than surgery. www.brava.com may be expensive though.

NONE of those things work - none of the pills, creams, equipment, etc. The only real way to enlarge your breasts is to have breast augmentation.

take a wad of toliet paper and rub between the breasts three or fives times daily.
Will it make the breasts grow?
Don't know for sure, but look what it does for your bum
